Billings and plans

Billings is available to organisation admins and super admins. It shows your subscription summary for the active tenant, payment method on file, and self-service upgrade or downgrade paths.

Plans (typical limits)

• Free: up to 3 active schedules, $0/month (ideal for pilots).
• Standard: up to 50 active schedules, $49/month.
• Professional: up to 100 active schedules, $79/month.
• Custom: 100+ active schedules, negotiated pricing.

Exact prices and labels mirror what you see on the page. Billing evolves and the product UI is the source of truth.

Checkout and billing portal

• Choosing a higher tier opens a secure Stripe checkout page; when you finish, you return to Billings with your updated plan shown.
• Use the customer portal link when you need invoices, card updates, or cancellation flows allowed by your plan.
• Downgrades and cancellations usually ask for confirmation. Read the modal carefully before committing.
