Managing Xero files
Xero Files lists every Xero organisation linked to your Prepaidly login. One row is one tenant. Use Search by organisation name… when you manage many clients.
Open
Opens that org's dashboard and the rest of the app for that tenant only.
Disconnect
Drops our tokens for that org. It does not delete anything in Xero. You can link again later.
Connect New File
Runs OAuth for another organisation and leaves existing links as they are.
Refresh Status
Pulls the latest connection state from the server. Use it right after OAuth or if a badge looks wrong.
Disconnected rows
Read the reason under the status. Expired or revoked connections often say the link needs refreshing or has expired. Use Reconnect on that row or start Connect New File and sign in again.
