System log and audit trail

System Log is available for every user who can open a tenant. It lists notable events with timestamps in the organisation timezone when known.

What you will see

• Schedule created, journal posted, schedule voided, write-off, and automated job auto-post entries.
• Billing-related security events when checkout or plan changes occur (labels such as billing checkout or plan change).

Using the screen

• Search text and filter by event category to narrow large histories.
• Use refresh controls after busy closes to pull the newest rows.
• Pagination handles long histories. Work backwards from the most recent pages during investigations.
